Who is this for?

Anyone who wants a sustainable happier life through achieving Authenticity and Resilience.

This is a life-changing programme: it takes hard work and determination to change the habits and patterns of a lifetime. The exact content will be different for everyone reflecting the diversity of human experience, personality and aspiration.

What is provided?

Every programme is designed around a simple process based on achieving your personal and/or professional goals. After the initial assessment session you will be provided with a detailed programme designed specifically to meet your needs.

An indicative programme might look like:

  • A 2-hour initial assessment session
  • Specific exercises and assessments as required based on my analysis of the assessment. A DISC Work of Leaders assessment may be required for professional support.
  • A 1.5 hour coaching session every 2 weeks for the first 3 months of the programme (6 sessions).
  • A 1 hour coaching session every month for the final 9 months of the programme (9 sessions).
  • Support via email and calls is available between coaching sessions as agreed.
  • Activities and exercises for you to complete between coaching sessions.

Acceptance onto the programme is based upon a detailed assessment session.

Who is this for?

Those who want to reduce conflict in their life, take control of their responses to others, effectively manage difficult situations and conversations, achieve more positive outcomes for themselves. It is especially useful for those who want to stop being a people pleaser.

Learn how to manage your own responses and gain more positive outcomes. This programme can be tailored for personal or professional relationships. It will however help you with any and all relationship issues.

What is provided?

This programme uses tools and techniques from coaching and mediation. We will explore and identify your conflict modes, your fears, your intentions, and your outcomes.

Building better relationships is a behavioural process where we will explore your current behaviours and identify alternative behaviours to help you achieve the outcomes you desire.

An indicative programme is:

  • A 2-hour initial assessment coaching session.
  • A further 4 90 minute coaching sessions every 2 to 3 weeks and a final 60 minute coaching session after 1 to 2 months.
  • Support between sessions including exercises and feedback on practice.
