Focused intervention for immediate challenges
Includes review of a pre-session questionnaire, up to 60 minutes of coaching and a follow up email to see how you’re progressing.
Transformational Coaching Programme
6-session package for deep, structured change
Includes provision and review of a pre-work questionnaire, a 90 minute planning session, 6 x 60 minute coaching sessions, up to 30 minutes of email support between sessions and a follow up email 1 month after the last session to see how you’re progressing.
Transformational Coaching Programme
10-session package for even deeper, structured change
As above with 4 more hours of coaching and the flexibility to use hours for 90 minute sessions.

Includes review of a pre-supervision questionnaire and up to 60 minutes of supervision.
Supervision for Coaches
A package of 6 1:1 sessions to support ethical and effective practice
A package of 6 one-hour Supervision sessions to focus on you, your clients and your practice. Up to 15 minutes support between sessions for urgent client issues. Sessions are scheduled monthly or every two months.

A package of 12 one-hour Supervision sessions to focus on you, your clients and your practice. Up to 15 minutes support between sessions for urgent client issues. Sessions are scheduled monthly.
The Blended Approach Mentorship Programme
A 6-month intensive mentoring in therapeutic coaching
A unique group programme to support coaches who wish to deepen their understanding and use of psychotherapy in safe and ethical practice. This is an essential starting point for those who are curious about how to integrate psychotherapy or counselling tools into a coaching practice.
Designed to support those who are already dual-qualified or who wish to gain clarity about their practice prior to embarking on further professional training.
Includes a copy of The Blended Approach Workbook, 6 monthly mentoring sessions of 3 hours, support between group sessions via email and a closed WhatsApp group, up to 30 minutes of support between group sessions, discounted supervision upon completion if booking a 6 or 12 month Supervision programme.
This is an exclusive small group programme limited to 6 participants.

I believe that no one should be priced out of essential support. I have set fees for the services I offer which are based on a business to business model. If you are a small or micro business, a not for profit, self-funding or a coach just starting out in private practice please tell me. I offer a small number of concessionary rates for those who would otherwise be unable to afford my services.
